I have received an email saying as I'm not a Talktalk Broadband user, I am going to be charged for my emails via Everymail. I AM a talktalk broadband user and shouldn't have to pay for this. What do I do? Thank you

Good morning @Globestormer. I have looked into this and I do see that you have an active broadband account and you will not be affected by this. I will now fill in a webform for you so we can stop any further comms related to this.
