You cancelled my contract on the 25th of December even though I requested three times for you not to do so. I have been left for weeks with no internet. After countless calls to you and the complaints department I was still without any service.

You sent me a bag to return my equipment which I have done today but now you have sent me a bill stating that I owe £150 for cancelling my contract early!!! What the hell. Totally unfair! Where is my compensation I was promised by your complaints department??
