Hello,
My service ended on the 9th Dec. When can I expect to have my final bill/refund.
Additionally, I was told I'd be sent a return bag for my equipment but I'm yet to see this arrive. Please can I confirm this is still on the way as I'm moving house very soon.

A refund has been sent on the 23rd. A bag has been issued.
Final zero balance bill will be 19th Jan.

There will be some staff here on Monday and Tuesday this week, before the next holiday, @Brocily1, so they should be able to get a returns bag in the post for you then.
They could also send it to your new address, if that's more convenient for you: in which case put those details in Private Notes near the end of Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
One caveat is that you might still get referred back to the Shell Migration Team. Not sure at what stage that gets wrapped up and things get fully dealt with by Talktalk. They are available over the weekend on Chat or, just Saturday 03451720088 (after 9am).
Usually the next bill is on the same 30 day cycle as any previous bills and will show a refund for days previously paid for, since the cease.
The true final bill is the one after that, for £0.00. The account remains available to access for about a year after that, in case you need check old bills from the past year.
