Have had talktalk for years and never had a problem with my account last month try to the login system would not let me reset my password still had no luck in the end, I had to phone the rep to delete my account and we tried to sign up again and we could not create an account, in the end, I gave up and paid my bill over the phone now I have the same problem I can't sign in or make payment and you charge me 12£ for what was a backend problem
