I'm an existing broadband customer. Please add two legacy email addresses to my account. I have added the two addresses to the Private Notes of my profile, as instructed. There are already two in my Mailbox Manager, which will make a total of 4.

Sorry because you did reply initially that you could see the legacy email addresses. I have now added a mobile phone number to my profile. Hope that's all you need to progress this. Thank you.

Thanks for replying. I don't know how to send anything in private mode. Anyway, I have added the two legacy emails to the Private Notes of my profile, as instructed in another post. Can you see the legacy emails in Private Notes? If not, please help me by explaining the next step and what I can do to help resolve this problem.
