Are you sending it as requested, i.e. As a pdf attachment?

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.

@fr8ys
just tried sending through again; this is the message I receive when trying to send it through to phishing at Talktalk -
'An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request'
Thanks : )

Hi Community Star @fr8ys
Thanks very much for prompt reply
Yes - attached is email address of sender - as you say not a Talktalk email and oddly spelt TAIK TAIK instead of talktalk
I did try forwarding this spam email to phishing@talktalk.co.uk ; tried sending through twice but on each occasion got a message to say couldn't be sent owing to 'unknown internal error' I'll give it another shot
But, in meantime, thanks for confirming as I had thought

All best : )

I can't see anything attached but there are many emails at the moment asking people to verify their account.

If you hover over the senders details it's also unlikely to be a TalkTalk email address.

Whatever you do, do not click on any links.

TalkTalk have requested that spam mail be reported to them.
How to do this can be found here

Thank you.
