Hi, I have been a braodband customer with TalkTalk for a long time.

I have found that my webmail has been suspended and I see from looking online that if you are a broadband customer that shouldn't be the case.

Is it possible to have my e-mail reinstated as I am a TalkTalk customer?

I have filled out the profile section and I have listed my e-mail address in the private notes box.

If someone can help me out I would be most grateful. (Thanks to @fr8ys  for the helpful post regarding this topic) Hopefully I have posted correctly.....

That's excellent, many thanks for your help.

There is nothing else at the moment, I will come back and let you know what happens or if there is still an issue later this week....

That's good news!

It's just the one e-mail address and I have filled out the private notes section...

Yes there is no need to subscribe to Everymail as you have an active broadband account with TalkTak. Please list all the email addresses that you would like to associate with your active broadband account. List the email address on your profile under private notes.

I can't use any of it. It says I have to subscribe to Everymail before I can access the e-mails

Am I correct in thinking that as a broadband customer I don't need to subscribe to Everymail?

Thank you very much, and you did mention that you are experiencing feature restrictions (i.e. unable to send an email) in the email account?

Thank you very much for confirming. Is the sign-up option available when you login to your email account?

Hi @nambuso-TT thanks for the reply

I haven't had any communication about it.

First I knew was when I couldn't log in on my phone and then when I tried on the computer I had the red banner with account suspended and that I would have to subscribe to the new service.

Hi there @V8CSW I am very sorry to hear this, just to confirm besides seeing that your emails are suspended, did you receive any communication from us stating that you need to subscribe to Everymail as you are not a broadband customer?
