I'm getting the subscription message but I'm a broadband customer. I cannot send emails ove been locked out.

Ho, I am wondering how long I have to wait as my email has been down through no fault of my own since last Friday?

Have you listed your email address(es) in Private Notes in Personal Information in your profile, @Kevin1963?

 

Add them there and be sure to save changes.

 

Staff will not be able to take action before Monday, though if you phone 03451 720088 or use Chat, you may be able to get ahead with this over the weekend.
