We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, as you have an active broadband with us you do not have to subscribe to Everymail. I have escalated this for you again and your email services should be restored within 48 working hours.

Hi - I've had emails saying my account will soon be closed. The last one was on 27 August, although have lost access since 5 Sept.

Before continuing, I will need for you to confirm minor details. Have you received any communication from us about your email account being migrated to Everymail?
