Thank you so much @Andyste1 I apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced. Thank you for confirming that you are still receiving emails. I have submitted a webform to remove your email address from the EveryMail migration, ensuring that it will be functional again. You can expect your email address to be working within the next 48 hours.

Hi,  the banner I get is:

"You are no longer able to send emails. You need to subscribe by 8 September 2025 to regain full access to your account"

I have received emails about signing up to EveryMail as a non-broadband customer, saying:

"We’ll soon be moving your TalkTalk email to a new home, Everymail, a trusted service from Open-Xchange, the world’s largest independent email provider. They’ve been working behind the scenes to help keep your email running smoothly, and now they’ll be taking care of it directly.
We’ve continued to provide your TalkTalk email service free of charge for some time. However, as you’re no longer a TalkTalk broadband customer, we’re unable to continue offering it at no cost.
What this means for you:
If you’d like to continue using your TalkTalk email and have access to your TalkTalk email addresses, you’ll need to sign up for the new Everymail service for a fee of £5 per month or £50 annually, for up to 5 mailboxes.
There’s no need to do anything just yet, we’ll be in touch again at the start of July with all the details and simple steps to help you make the switch."

I contacted your chat service and was told to ignore the emails as I am a broadband customer.

I have now had my email send blocked and am now being asked to pay for this service.

How do I get it for free?

Hi @Andyste1 I have located your account and I do see that you have an active broadband account and your email address is linked to your broadband account.

Hi is there any progress on this. I am still unable to send emails? I saw on another thread that this issue should be resolved within 48 hours.

@Gliwmaeden2, I have also removed the account number on my end to ensure privacy.

@Andyste1, I have escalated this matter to our email team as I have also attached the email addresses you wish to be linked to your account. In this matter, I will kindly ask for your patience as the team will further resolve this matter and communication will occur once done.

@Andyste1, I've removed the account number from public display.

@sabelo-TT, that account number should be easy enough to identify from the customer's community forum profile details.

Yes I am a broadband customer with Talk Talk. I have put the account number in my details when I signed up to this forum yesterday. It is 3********. I contacted customer support about this week's ago and was told to ignore the email warnings.

Hello there @Andyste1, I understand that you require for an email address to be linked to your account. If I may kindly ask, are you currently an active broadband customer with us (TalkTalk)?
