I am unable to send emails and have received messages saying my email will be cancelled if I do not sign up for Everymail.
I am still a TalkTalk broadband customer, so could you please link my email address to my account.
It is currently linked to a closed account, as our account was in the name of my late husband. Following his death it was closed and a new account opened in my name (I don’t know why the account could not simply have been transferred into my name like most utilities, but that’s another issue).
I am finding the whole process rather distressing, so would be grateful if you could resolve this as soon as possible so that I can use my emails once again.

In addition, we are aware of the matter currently affecting customers when sending emails. Our engineers are currently on ground working towards resolving this matter as we do apologise for the inconvenience and difficulties caused by this.
