For some unknown reason I now cannot send or reply to emails as I'm blocked but I don't know why? I haven't had anything from talk talk saying so?

Thank you very much for removing your details:)

What I will do for you now is to submit a webform so we can stop any further comms related to this movement going their way and it will get your emails to work.

I can confirm that the email address you've listed on your profile under private notes is linked to your old broadband account hence I will escalate this for you and I will provide you with a feedback once I have some update. Thanks

Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention. I can confirm that you have an active broadband account and you shouldn't have received comms to subscribe to Everymail, I will need to submit a webform for you to stop any further comms regarding this change. Before I can fill in the webform for you, please confirm if the email address registered on the account is the same as the email you received the communication on. Thanks

It is to do with the changes and paying to subscribe. As I'm a broadband customer I was told I didn't have to pay. Was on a chat for an hour last night with Mark who said it had now been linked but it's still not working. He did however sign me in for another 2 year contract which I will be canceling if not resolved. Thanks
