@Philile-TT did reply promptly last month and would have processed the email information then. 

 

It's best not to use different channels of communication but simply follow up on the thread.

I have added the details to my personal account, please could you now complete the form

so that the account can be linked again. I have been without it for well over a month now and spent a

long time on the phone to you and was assured this would be done but it has not. Thank you.
