Dear Sir/Madam,
I’ve noticed that the price of my broadband has increased since I first joined TalkTalk. As the cost is becoming quite high, I’m exploring more affordable options, and I’ve seen other providers offering cheaper deals.
Before making any decisions, I wanted to see if there’s anything you can do to offer a more competitive price or package to retain me as a customer.

Normally the best route for better deals is to phone the loyalty team, if you are out of contract.
If you are still in contract then please note if you leave there will be a penalty fee.
Staff here may also be able to help, but I'm not sure they have the same deals as the loyalty team.
