Please could you check that the legacy emails I have listed in my profile are still linked to my broadband account and confirm that I will not be charged for email and will retain my email service.

@Philile-TT, staff are still not removing personal information details from public posts!

@Sunderland73?, I've removed the relevant information from both your posts. Please never display personal information details in the public thread.

The place for these is in your community profile. Go via your avatar; settings; complete Personal Information with your Talktalk phone number or account number.

To add the relevant email address that needs to be attached to the account, find Private Notes, further down that section. Scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.

Thank you @Mandisa-TT for picking this up from @kanya-TT for the customer.

Much appreciated I'm sure.

Hi @Cloud68 I reviewed your profile and noticed that you have included notes with your email information. I want to assure you that your emails are linked to your broadband account. To assist you, I have submitted a webform to exclude you from the EveryMail Migration. You will no longer receive emails regarding sign-up, and please rest assured that your emails remain free as long as you have an active broadband account.

Ok,

So you should see it fed through.

Lorraine needs to check your settings as other -tt staff are seeing it and actioning from the private notes.

In the meantime yes, you will need to deal with by PM or ask one of the others to pick this up so the customers info is correctly aligned.

Remember @fr8ys, also we use a different platform from you guys, we are using Khoros. It doesn't show us that profile with a private notes section.

@kanya-TT

Try this link

https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info

It will bring up your profile but you should be able to see your private notes and then see where to look under customers profiles

Hope it helps.

It's in their profile.

If you can't see this field you need to speak to @Lorrainef as the process was agreed with her and all staff should have access to customers profiles

Thank you

Hey @fr8ys. I don't know if it's me or the system I am using to communicate but on "privates notes" there is no option on my system, the only thing I see is the email address.

It does thank you very much, we will now be able to add the email accounts as we now know also that your current email account for your TalkTalk broadband active is your Gmail one.

I will need you to send us all the emails your need to be linked on our private message section. If you can't or don't know how please tell me.

I am not sure I totally understand the question.  However, email was received to the tinyworld.co.uk account.  The account I use to manage my TalkTalk broadband is a gmail account (as my TalkTalk email could not be used - for reasons that were never explained).

Some time ago - sorry but I cannot remember when, may two years or more - I received a mail asking me to identify all TalkTalk/Tiscali/Tinyworld etc email addresses I wished to keep (up to 5, for free).  This was done and those addresses were then "associated" with my broadband account.

I hope this answers your question and that the two email addresses in question are now associated.
