I have been getting emails telling me to move to everymail if I want to keep my mailboxes. I have 5 mailboxes of which 2 have had sending emails disabled. I am a current TalkTalk broadband customer and have been for at least 10 years.
Please link my mailboxes to my TalkTalk broadband account before they are completely disabled.
Details entered into Private area of profile as required.

Sadly staff are not back on here before Monday, @Trohan.
It could be worth logging this as a complaint.

Having said on 5th Sept that the issue should be resolved within 48 hours I now find that the email addresses in question are no longer available. Will you please sort this out!

You listed more than 5 Email addresses on your private notes, however you have stated 2email addresses which have had sending emails disabled, i will need for you to please confirm the email addresses that are still affected please.

Hey there, @Trohan. The issue appears to be still in progress, we've seen a lot of cases resolved over the last week. We are hoping we will get an update soon as all cases are solved.

TalkTalk are by all accounts working on this still. If your email addresses have been notified to them already then you can just wait I'm afraid. The support team won't be back online until Monday, I have flagged this up for them to give you an update as best they can.

Can I check if there has been any progress with this yet. I still can't send emails from the 2 accounts in question. Can it be guaranteed that this will be fixed by 8th Sept? If not how can this be resolved?

If you submitted them before it not a problem, they will all be linked into one account as the form was submitted.
