I have an email account and up until Friday it was working fine. Yesterday and today I have tried to log in, getting access eventually but not receiving my log in /security screen. When in I am unable to delete any emails and likewise I cannot move them to respective folders.
I am also unable to respond to emails in my in box
I did have a warning screen flash up from my security portal on Friday so I closed the system down and restarted it The warning did mot reappear.
I can access every other link on my computer and they appear to be working fine
Can you assist with any guidance please.

@Adiebaby, try a different browser on your laptop.
This often helps solve problems with viewing Talktalk bills in My Account.
It may be a similar issue for your emails.
You can have as many browsers as you like to access the web: try Safari, Opera or something else like Firefox.
If you then still can't send, it may be that your address has been blocked from sending if something was suspected to be spam.

You keep telling us that you are 'having the same problem', which none of us know what it is.
On your laptop, in your browser, were you/are you able to reach the TalkTalk webmail login page, at https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite/ before logging in?
Were you then able to login with your TalkTalk email address and your password. There are 6 basic folders there, not just Inbox folder.
Is it after getting here, that you are unable to send and receive emails?

Morning nothing has changed When I eventually get on to email I still cant send, delete or move messages. When I had an online conversation with Shazam last Sunday I was informed that it would be rectified within 24 to 48 hours

Alright you for that.
You did mention that the issue is that you are unable to send, reply or delete emails when using your laptop and you are able to use your emails on your mobile phone.
Please confirm which window are you currently using.

Nothing has changed apart from the fact that I am now having difficulty getting on to emails on my Lap Top, its very hit and miss.
I am still receiving them on my phone.

As I said before I am not a happy person with computers. I access my m ail through the tab on the top of my browser screen as I do all my other items (they are working)
Is that not web mail if not where do I go to get that.

No error messages at all.
When I have been able to get into the inbox and select reply it has occasionally opened up the reply window but not let me type in the box, then the box will disappear after a while and I cant get it back.

Okay thank you very much for confirming, Just to understand the cause of the issue, please confirm if you are getting any error message when trying to send, delete or reply to an email?
