You only set up Mail Plus after leaving.
For any other questions about your email address, please be more specific. Staff won't be back on here till after the weekend.
It will help if you can complete your community forum profile details meanwhile. Go via your avatar, settings, drop down menu....add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.
