Problems with receiving emails today , had very few .I sent done test emails which haven’t arrived. One sent to my gmail account did arrive . Still receiving an odd email .Nothing has changed with my account but worried what might not be getting through

I am accessing from my iPhone and iPad ,same thing on both .Never had a problem before and nothing has changed ?

Internet access okay but if I send a test email to my TalkTalk email address it isn’t arriving but if I send it to my gmail email address it is?

Thank you very much for your patience:) Can you check your TalkTalk Internet access for me now and let me know if it works? You can do this by trying to reload the site or application you were experiencing problems with, or trying to search for something on the Internet. Thanks

There has been an issue with some mail servers and this is being looked into.
Without giving your email address away, what is after the @ in your email address?

Can you also please add your full email address to the private notes field, so staff can check tomorrow.
If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
