Receiving some emails

Problems with receiving emails today , had very few .I sent done test emails which haven’t arrived. One sent to my gmail account did arrive . Still receiving an odd email .Nothing has changed with my account but worried what might not be getting through

Okay thanks, Is someone trying to send you an email and getting an error message that is preventing it from being sent to you?

Just done that and successfully received an email from a Hotmail address

Okay in order for me to run accurate checks, I will need to know if the issue is happening to a single email address or from other emails. Will it be possible to ask someone to send you an email to see if you can receive. Thanks:)

No , some are coming through from various sources . I have noticed a significant drop though and don’t understand why , when I send a test one from myself to myself it doesn’t arrive ?

@fr8ys Thanks for that. @chaplia Are you having problems receiving emails from everyone, or just an individual or single domain name (e.g. @gmail.com)?

Thank you for confirming. Could you please tell me the last part of your email address? This is the section after the @ symbol.

For example it might be talktalk.net or tiscali.co.uk.
