Hi

Ever since the fiasco of email not being passed on through gmail I now have email being rejected ( 3 today) all appear to be from Windscribe. can you stop the rejections please?

@Discopoli1, you need to first of all return to the message board and click on start a topic as this is an old thread, and it helps staff not to have confusion between different customers for replies etc.

 

You also need to complete your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account. 

 

Add your Talktalk landline number  / account number by going via your avatar/name; settings; Personal Information. 

 

For the affected email addresses, you'll find Private Notes at the end of the Personal Information section. Add them there and SAVE CHANGES.

I have the same problem.  How do I find  the private notes section of my community profile  ?

If you are still experiencing this problems can you add the email addresses that you think are being blocked to the private notes section of your community profile
