Same problem as last week and over the past few months, emails have been sent only to bounce back as undeliverable 5 days later. cxan someone (Ady?) get this sent up the line to be sorted please

This has been happening off & on but getting worse. I think I will ditch TalkTalk, that will sort the problem.

I have been on to the chat helpline and this issue is now being escalated to one of their senior managers.

From what I can see online, the SMTP settings on the server have disappeared. I have tried both the Tiscali and TalkTalk SMTP addresses and they have been rejected because of an internal server issue.

Having the same problem with my 'tinyworld' email address too. Will we be notified when the problem has been fixed and what the problem was.

My wife and I are getting the same refusal on our Tinyworld email addresses. On my Android pad it just shows as message queued.
This has been going on since last evening - so nearly 24 hours. I have been having this same message come up messages from my desktop about policy reasons for several days even when sending to regular contacts..
What is the latest??

And incident is already raised by myself and I've checked today for updates but there's nothing to tell you other than its still in progress.
