Return of emails with message blocked by spamhaus

I am currently having emails returned intermittently message says: This is the mail system at host mx-out.tt.xion.oxcs.net.
I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.
For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.
If you do so, please include this problem report. You can
delete your own text from the attached returned message.

It mentions spamhaus.  I've been to that website and used the checker for my TalkTalk email address which it said was clean.

I've run a virus check on my computer and I've also tried putting my IP address from my computer into the checker which it said wasn't valid.

I do not know how to get myself off this block list or how I got on it in the first place.

Can someone help please?

Actually it's a desk top computer.

My problems with spamhaus are also mentioned in several other people's threads.

Jenifer 2 Newbie describes the undelivered messages she is getting which are very similar to my own.

She says, "this must be to do with the security credentials of the talktalk mailserver, as this effected both his work domain and gmail."

 

My message suggests I send it to the Postmaster which I understand to be Talk Talk.

I trust therefore that Talk talk will be looking into the problem and advising those of us that have it how to resolve it.

I haven't had any problems with the internet.  I've been able to go on to websites but I have tried it again as you requested.

One thing I am noticing is that a lot of emails to me are now going into my junk mail including the ones you sent to me from Talk talk this morning.

I've tried also sending emails this morning and so far have not had a return message.

Thanks for confirming that for me, can you check your TalkTalk Internet access for me now and let me know if it works? You can do this by trying to reload the site or application you were experiencing problems with or trying to search for something on the Internet.
