The last 3 days I have received soooo much spam . Every time I have gone to webmail and marked them as spam but instead of getting less I am getting more and they mostly have the same titles i.e Anti-VirusProtectionAffiliate , You have won a Ninja Air fryer, MCF_Alert.
Why when I am reporting these is TT doing nothing about them and I am receiving more everyday.
Is there anything more I can do to stop them?
Update at midday - 5 spam messages so far!! + 2 more (3pm) + another 8 (6pm)
It's more each day - what is going on!!

I am right.
TalkTalk have temporarily removed the ability for TalkTalk Mail users to create and delete mailboxes during the upgrade phase of migrating mailboxes, during July to September 2023, to a cloud mail platform. The following message in customer MyAccounts is currently displayed.
Please Note - we have temporarily removed the create/delete mailbox functionality as we are performing some backend maintenance work on our email platform. We expect this work to be completed by September. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

I note you do not recommend getting another Talktalk address. You are probably right there.

TalkTalk do block millions of spam messages each day but as spammers change sending addresses / techniques regularly it's inevitable that some are delivered.
Spammers have obtained your email address. So, knowing this, why haven't you deleted the email address? When you move home you give your chosen contacts a new home address. Why keep any address that's being relentlessly spammed? Spammers monetize the sharing of current email addresses so you're helping to perpetuate criminal activity by keeping an active address.
Get a new Yahoo Mail, Gmail or Outlook.com address and migrate chosen contacts to that.

This thread is about the flood of spam such as those headed your McAfee is running out, or you have won a Ninja Air Fryer. It has nothing to do with Sharkninja. Please read the first post. These are emails designed to direct you to spoof websites in order to get personal information off you for criminals to use for nefarious purposes. It has been going on for months and despite me many others continuously clicking the button to refer them as spam to Talktalk, Talktalk has done nothing.
I am well aware of the background to blocking Piratebay but my criticism still stands. Talktalk are more than content to do the bidding of the Copyright Mafia but not in trying to stop their customers going to sites run by real criminals.

The sharkninja group do have over a hundred domains listed on the security certificate and all of these websites are legitimate. There are no high court orders requiring TalkTalk to block any of these domains.
The legitimate sharkninja company has a better interest in taking down any fake websites under copyright laws. Piratebay has a court order obtained by the BPI to block its websites for copyright reasons. Website blocking

Interesting to see that 5 months down the line we are still being infested with Ninja Air Friers and seemingly Talktalk doing nothing about it. All these emails try to take you to spoof websites. Why can't Talktalk simply block all traffic to these websites making the sending of the emails pointless. You manage to block me going to Piratebay easy enough and Piratebay are the good guys compared to criminals behind these sites.

Hi all, my apologies for the delay in replying. I've been triaging the threads based on what I can fix or get fixed. I'm afraid I will be told to tell you to report them as spam. The reason the email board is so busy at present is the project to get the customers who aren't using secure settings in line to prevent the sending and receiving of spam amongst other things.

At last, I have found that I am not alone. I have just spent nearly two hours - entirely wasted - trying to get some help from Talktalk (Neal in 'Technical' dept.) The daily inundation of criminal continues every day and has been getting worse. Yes, McAfee, Ninja Air Fryers. Just marked 33 as Spam, but it does no good whatsoever. I used to forward every single one to phishing at Talktalk, with full source header details copied and attached. Simply impossible to do so when they numbers grow every day. Did not seem to make any difference at all anyway. Surely someone can help us? Has anyone from Talktalk been of assistance?

Well this post hasn't even got that!! I have lost count of how many I have marked as spam already today and they all have the same subject title!! @Ady-TalkTalk

Why are none of the TalkTalk staff on the forums replying to this post? The Spam situation from all the emails mentioned above has not improved AND I am marking them all as spam. So is no one at talktalk monitoring this at all?

We're pretty helpless, @Rochelle, and it's rather alarming.
