Hi, my secondary email addresses have stopped working even though my primary email address is OK! I have only just noticed this when I checked on the TalkTalk portal, can you investigate for me please.

OK. The workaround is, instead of selecting Edit, select the X delete icon on the right of the row and confirm deletion. That doesn't delete the mailbox but just removes it as an added secondary email account.
Then go back to the main Mail screen.

Hi, when I tried that it failed with 'internal server error'.

The secondary added email accounts will stop working because the encrypted password is not migrated to the new look platform. It's a simple fix.
All done.
