Sending domain TalkTalk does not meet authentication levels

Has anyone else had issues and got them sorted with emails being sent using Outlook from our TalkTalk address with many bouncing back from Yahoo, BTinternet, outlook.com and others with an error message similar to below:

host hotmail-com.olc.protection.outlook.com[52.101.68.13] said: 550 5.7.515

Access denied, sending domain TALKTALK.NET doesn't meet the required

authentication level. The sender's domain in the 5322.From address doesn't

meet the authentication requirements defined for the sender.

It also mentions Spf=Pass, Dkim=Fail, DMARC=Pass ? What does this mean and how do I fix it or can I even fix it?

Can anyone help with this as it’s frustrating as my husband is sending out info regularly and sometimes with attachments that are issued through small distribution lists.

I would advise please try sending the mail via webmail and see if the issue occurs and we will then be able to complete diagnostic checks, to check if the is an issue on our end, as our resources are limited with third party APPS.

I've no answer, but my emails to @live.co.uk have been bouncing back as undeliverable with similar long messages. I read something that suggested it was to do with potential scam emails. I'm in my late 70s and the suggested action to take is way above my tech skills to understand. Maybe I should just put up with the inconvenience of a change of email provider.

I understand @LouLou55 Sometimes, the email servers of providers like Yahoo, BTinternet, or Outlook can experience temporary issues that might prevent the delivery of emails. If your husband is sending out multiple emails quickly, some providers might throttle the delivery, especially if they perceive a potential spam risk from your domain.

yes, I can access webmail and occasionally this also experiences same issue. However, husband had just issued one email via outlook to several individuals including some which would normally bounce back, and it’s not happened. It’s a very strange issue.

Hi @LouLou55 can you confirm if you are able to access TalkTalk webmail and if you are experiencing the same issue when using TalkTalk webmail.
