When I try to send emails I get this message. I can receive fine. Message could not be sent to the following recipients: "" <> (554 - 554 5.7.1 <>: Sender address rejected: You are blocked sending mail
) I've spent an hour on chat and they aren't helping at all. I have tried various different browsers and different devices. Please can you unblock me from sending email.

They are human beings: available 7am - c 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Good to know but still have the problem. Gettting the same message: Sender address rejected: You are blocked sending mail, everytime I try to send an email. Can you please unblock the email account from sending as this has been going on for too long now and is very inconvenient.

I have been through all of this with the chat team. Its the same on a personal computer and an iphone. I can see from other forum posts that they have been unblocked with this same issue. Can you not just do this for me please. There is no problem with the internet connection or the computer.

Yes it works and everything works perfectly. The only thing I can't do is send an email because it says its blocked from sending.
