lssue with email account. l stopped receiving email to my inbox but found that messages had been sent from my address that were in my trash folder. l then found that my received messages are in my archive folder. Also l realised that auto forwarding had been set to an address that l didn't recognise, l then deleted this and it hasn't come back. ln your info it says that spoofing does not originate from my account but doesn't the change of email folders and auto forwarding mean that it has ? Also there is a red blob next to the mail icon on the inbox page for some reason. l operate my talktalk account through the browser, Edge so l don't know if Outlook is involved. On the privacy tab for mail it has Chrome for the browser and a change is recorded from one type to another, l don't know if that is relevant. l want to restore settings to normal and l'm not sure if just my email password is involved; l did try changing it once before but it didn't work.

Hi Colin, you should run good quality Anti Virus and Malware scans on all internet connected devices. Then and only then reset your mailbox password.
