Good evening, please can someone help. I have a tiscali email address and Talk Talk have not sent me any links to subscribe to Everymail. I have tried talking on the telephone, web chat and various different platforms but no one can help me. Pease advise.

Are you a current Talktalk broadband customer, @Wesley45?
It's not quite clear whether you are actually trying to subscribe to Everymail as a former TT customer and need a link sent to subscribe, or whether, as in many cases for customers who returned to Talktalk, your Tiscali address needs to be linked with your current active broadband account.
In the latter case, you don't want to be subscribing to Everymail, and staff will complete a webform that gets processed to maintain full use of email included in your current service.
Please complete your community forum profile details as fully as possible and in Private Notes add both the Tiscali address. Also add your old Talktalk account number if you are a former customer. Scroll down further to SAVE CHANGES.
