Request to link my email addresses to my broadband account

I have been a talktalk customer for a number of years, and continue to be one.
I have 4  email addresses linked to my talktalk account.
Today I went online but cannot locate the Mailbox Manager tab to confirm that they are still attached to my account.
Could you please ensure that my 4  email addresses are linked to my broadband account.  
I have listed my emails in the private notes section of my profile.

@Capstick1 Mailbox manager is currently not available due to the transitions that are currently happening with the emails.

Thank you, it is reassuring to hear that the 4 accounts are still linked o my account.

 

So, I have one remaining query.

The TalkTalk information says I should have access to a Mailbox Manager, so that I can see/add/delete/manage my emails.

It should appear as an option in my admin email (the one starting w-mc...) I cannot find it.

Where is it?

@Capstick1 I have checked your account, all 4 emails are linked to the account and there is an incident that is reported regarding the webmail latency. You can keep track on the status using the link below.

I can use the emails

But there have been some issues with the email yesterday and today that starts thecap... I am getting an intermitent "server unreachable" message on that - not sure if that is related or a separate issue?

@Capstick1 please note that the questions I am asking are relevant to the escalation that I need to raise. Is there a red banner that is advising you to sign up to EveryMail?

I have not

 

But as an ongoing TalkTalk broadband customer, my email accounts should remain attached to my broadband account and I should not need one

 

When I log on to my main ADMIN account I cannot see the Mailbox Manager and so cannot ascertain whether my emails are still attached to the account
