Talktalk email subscribing to every mail

My contract with talktalk ended a month ago as I moved to an area that talktalk can't provide for. I can still access my talktalk email but understand I will need to subscribe to every mail to continue accessing my talktalk email address. I have received no links to do this and if I try and subscribe it just logs me in to my talk talk email. I'm worried my email address will disappear one day and I won't be able to access it. How do I go about subscribing to every mail please. Thank you

Hi there @MorrisM, please note that since your account recently disconnected, the emails will still function. The team is currently working on sending communication with links to sign up for customers recently disconnected their broadband accounts.
