Ask us about your TalkTalk email account and Webmail.
Thursday
Dear talktalk/everymail,
Am still concerned my transfer of talktalk email account to every mail has not been fully managed. Despite previous conversation regarding subscription for email account now having left talktalk broadband, there seems to be no way of resolving. Very concerned my email account will be closed.
Everymail help line not making progress, as you/it not fully responding to issue. The talktalk helpline did arrange for £50 payment for 12 months from my account prior to transfer to everymail, but this seems unsuccessful.
Can we resolve this ASAP

Not clear what's meant by £50 being taken from your account, @RoystonR.
Maybe from old Direct Debit details, so you should be able to double check in your bank account?
Looks like you left Talktalk c 21 months ago, so would have been able to use webmail all that time. But you wouldn't be able to access emails after October 31st if you hadn't signed up to Everymail by then.
See the dates mentioned in this article:

So you now need to check the exact date of that phone conversation. Hopefully Talktalk has a record of it.

Left talktalk broadband on 25/06/2024. Just not sure what’s happening. I did have telephone conversation with talktalk around 6 months ago, regarding paying £50 annual email fee, which they said they would take from my account. Unsure if this happened.

When did you actually leave Talktalk, @RoystonR?
Mailplus hasn't existed for several months, so, unless £50 was put on that before the system was migrated to Everymail, anything more recently won't cover you.
Please therefore clarify dates.
Normally after leaving there will be a grace period. Talktalk then sends you a link through which you subscribe to Everymail - this shouldn't be pre-empted.
