The username and password should be the same as your original My Account credentials. I say original in case you have changed your password.
Do you normally save passwords in your browser when prompted. If so check the password manager which should let you view your password.
On the F secure site (theres a link on your supersafe dashboard) there should be a forgotten password link. Have you tried this?
If you have tried the above, please add your login email address for supersafe in the private notes field of your profile so staff can look into.
