Both my dad and I have talktalk e-mail accounts and when logging on to some websites the website wants to send you a verification e-mail to check it's you. My dad is not receiving verification e-mails from Morrisons which means he cannot log back in or claim his vouchers and I am not receiving verification e-mails from Holland and Barrett or U-Switch which means I cannot use either website. I receive normal e-mails from them but not the verification e-mails. We logged out of dads Morrisons account and to log back in they want to send him a verification e-mail and because he isn't receiving it he can't log back in to claim his vouchers. U-switch wanted me to prove it was me logging in and sent a verification e-mail and I just don't receive it, so cannot log in and use this website. This is very frustrating and seems to be a new thing. I did a chat with a talk talk agent last week who said they'd fixed it but they haven't. How can this be rectified please??

Don't worry I have started my own post as well, I am new on here as it isn't the first time I have encountered this type of issue, will call if i can get through to someone tomorrow if i have no luck getting this resolved.

You must start your own thread, @Ellie80, rather than posting on other customers' old threads.
Return to the message board and click on start a topic.
Please also complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account.
Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu.....add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
