You have to laugh, it's been 6 days now where I cannot access emails on my Google Pixel or Samsung A9. To post this I was asked to log on and they would send a verification code to my email address which I cannot access. Fortunately I drove home accessed my emails on my desk top and got the code. I am not alone with this issue, and I have not seen a definitive answer

In that case, it is good to advise, not clear all "Cookies and other site data", but only TalkTalk's "Cookies and other site data", because other cookies might be useful.

Hi, @kanya-TT
In the browser I use, Google Chrome, which is the most used, there are 3 possible things to clear.
Staff and other people, in cases like the current one, often just say 'cache', without mentioning the other two.
You say, 'Browsing history and Cache'
Are you saying, not to touch any of the Cookies'?

Hey there, @alipat. We are still waiting for an update from our team. However, we've noticed customers who use webmail via Using TalkTalk Webmail are able to access their emails when they have cleared first their browsing history and cache. Can you kindly check if this will work on your end.
