I am an existing Talk Talk broadband customer who still uses a talktalk.net email address, although this is not the email I use for billing at your request.
Can you please tell me that I will still be able to use the email address for free after July 29th. I have not received an email regarding this but there is a big red banner on the webmail page.

I understand your concerns about ensuring your email address is recorded correctly. I want to reassure you that I have copied it exactly as it appears in the notes. Your email will be linked to your broadband account. There will be no charges associated with this.

Hi @Daniel73 I have located your account and I do see that you have an active broadband account, I will be able to escalate this for you for your email to be linked into your broadband account. Kindly add private notes on your profile with your email that you want to be linked and if you have more than one email. Kindly add them all on your private note.
