Ask us about your TalkTalk email account and Webmail.

I have been a Talk Talk Broadband customer for over 20 years. I access my emails via Talk talk Web mail. Back in June 2025 i started to see a banner across the top of my account along with emails stating that my web account would be restricted and eventually blocked unless I registered with Everymail. I was concerned so made 5 calls to Talk Talk customer services, only to be told exactly the same thing. Told as a paying customer I was entitled to free web mail and just to ignore the emails and banner message. I did as advised until I was blocked from making outgoing emails unless I registered with Everymail. As I needed urgent access to my email account , I registered with Everymail paying £5 per month. I rang and emailed Talk talk once again and was told that i just needed to unsubscribe from Everymail and that my web mail account would be available to access within 24 hours with no loss of data etc.. I still have not unsubscribed as I no longer trust what Talk Talk is telling me and that I will still have access to my web talk talk email account. Has anyone else had a similar experience and what was the outcome?

@Kaz671, please contact Talktalk directly again for support.
There are all sorts of reasons why problems can arise with email access.
Did you check that the email that arrived came from Talktalk?
Check hours of service for Talktalk support here:
Most support now needs to be done directly through Chat / phone as there are no longer Talktalk staff members on the forum.
If you have any other issues, please return to the appropriate message board and click on start a topic to begin your own thread as it can create confusion if you add to someone else's thread, which is not an identical situation.

I can't get into my talktalk webmail. As I got a email that my super safe subscription had run out. I click on a link that was in the email and said page not found. So I spoke to talk talk to subscript to super safe as they said i will get back into my webmail. Down loaded the super safe app. It's still not letting me into my webmail. Can't delete the apps as its not on goole play.

Please see my reply above, @ejwrhod. If staff can sort this for you, they usually say to allow 48 hours.

Its the only email address I have. How long will it be before I have access to my emails again after I unsubscribe from Everymail?
Will I lose any data/emails in the process?
Thanks

Go via your avatar; settings, @ejwrhod.
Add your Talktalk account number in Personal Information. Further down that area, in Private Notes, list all Talktalk related addresses. SAVE CHANGES.
You are already logged into the community when you are able to post, set up a thread etc.

Hi there @ejwrhod. I am very sorry to hear this and I can confirm that you have an active broadband account with TalkTalk, what I would suggest is that you cancel your subscription with Everymail as you shouldn't have been affected by this. Please list all your emails that you would like to be associated with your active broadband account on your profile under private notes. Thanks

You should NOT have paid Everymail, @ejwrhod, and, sadly this may therefore be difficult to find a resolution.
