Never had a problem accessing my TalkTalk email account on my mobile, till a couple of weeks ago. Now, when I go into apps.talktalk.co.uk on my iPhone7S (iOS 15.8.5), I get no response, just the spinning wheel. I have added my account per the given instructions.

Well that was weird. Cleared Safari and restarted my phone. I actually got to the TalkTalk email login screen and was able to enter my userid and password (couldn't do that before). However, I can't get to my actual emails...just the constant spinning wheel!

Okay thanks for letting me know. Could you please oo to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data. This can help with loading issues.

Get the same problem whether I'm using Wifi or mobile data!

Yes, all the other TalkTalk facilities are available on my phone (account, community etc). When I click on Mail from the community page, I get the same problem.

Which browser are you using on your iPhone? Can you access other web pages OK? If so, try the main TalkTalk community site and see if you can use the mail link from there.

Sorry, iPhone 6s! I accept that it's getting on a bit, but the problem only started in the last couple of weeks. Same phone, same iOS - something must have changed somewhere!

Are you able to access the community on your iPhone? There wasn't ever a 7s model btw?

OK. It may just be the iPhone, which along with its iOS version, is getting on a bit now. For perspective, the latest version is iOS 26.1.

Access is fine on my Chromebook, which is where I accessed the community.

Are you able to get to your email on other devices? Are you using your iPhone to access this community?
