I have received a few emails from my pension provider which are encrypted and need a one time passcode to read. When I click on the button in the encrypted email to request a code, the email with the code either never arrives or takes hours/days. The email with the code is from MicrosoftOffice365@messaging.microsoft.com. This problem doesn't occur if the recipient has a Gmail account so is something being blocked by Talktalk and can it please be unblocked ?

I’ve reported the blocking of verification and other emails before and it’s still happening with no resolution. I’m also using alternative email addresses. Ticketmaster is the latest I’ve known to be blocked.
Are there limits on the account that block some emails and why do the verifications get blocked?

Hi, I have experienced the exact same issue as others above with receiving a one time passcode from MicrosoftOffice365@messaging.microsoft.com. Despite requesting numerous times and being told it has been sent no code arrives to my email account on talktalk. What is the issue and how can I get it resolved as I have an important encrypted message that I need to be able to access.

Same problem with John Lewis and Ticket Master verification codes. Can this be fixed? I have had to use an alternative email. The only thing holding me to talktalk is my email address if these issues can not be resolved then I'll have to change it totally.
