Hi I am logging into my account using a gmail I would like to create a TalkTalk email but it does not allow me to log-in to web Mail with a gmail, says it is not TalkTalk, how can I get to create a TalkTalk email address?

Hi Richard0178, Gondola is correct at the present time creating a new TalkTalk email address is not possible.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

TalkTalk have withdrawn the ability to create new talktalk.net email addresses. We're not told why or for how long this withdrawal will be in place.

 

Stay with the non-TalkTalk login for your MyAccount. That login coupled with a unique and strong password to MyAccount provides better security.
