TalkTalk senders' emails NOT reaching Sky & Yahoo addressees

This problem happend in Sept/Oct/Nov 2024, causing a great deal of trouble for me and the team of folk I need to email every week. It was made worse by lack of delivery failure notices (i.e. I did not even know that my outgoing emails were not being delivered to Sky / Yahoo addressees). It eventually, seemed to get sorted, although I suffered endless emails / SMS texts from TalkTalk about "my complaint" which never gave any detail about the problem itself (apology? remedy?) - just a meaningless reference number. It would have been so nice to receive a clear email from TalkTalk to acknowledge existence of the problem and an assurance that it was being dealt with. So here we are in the first full working week of January 2025, and it's all happening again. [TT outgoing emails being rejected by Sky & Yahoo]. I do hope these big name providers will knock their heads together and stop causing chaos for us paying punters. There must be thousands of us spending hours testing / checking with colleagues / trying to find work-arounds (like asking colleagues who are not Sky or not Yahoo, to forward stuff to the ones who are). Imagine trying to calculate hourly-rate compensation to us punters! - we certainly deserve it for the hours this takes out of our lives.
