I am a Talktalk customer but unable to access my emails. I'm redirected to the subscription page everytime! Very frustrating

Okay, thank you for confirming that. Do you have an account you've used previously which is now disconnected?

Don't think so, but unfortunately can't check now as unable to see any of my emails

Yes, I have filled in my profile page and added my talktalk email address into the "private notes" area
