Hello - The new upgrade for Outlook for Mac initially deleted my IMAP talktalk.net email account. Once I had reinstalled it with the settings below it will not receive or send emails. Any insight in how to fix this would be very much appreciated.
IMAP Incoming server - mail.talktalk.net - Port 993
SMTP Outgoing server - smtp.talktalk,net - Port 587
Both with SSL to connect.
Within the Outlook settings the smtp.talktalk.net authentication default to 'use incoming server settings.'
Outlook for Mac version 16.72.1
Mac OS Monterey 12.6

Yes webmail was still working and as of last night the talktalk email has started to function receiving and sending. I have not made any alterations there just seems to have been an almighty delay. I have an icloud account also in Outlook and that is functioning again also just leaving me with a months worth of emails with no sender and no subject!

Hi Ralph57, have you tested that the mail account still works in TalkTalk Webmail?
