Hi,
I'm just trying to send 3 emails to different addresses and get this message...
"The connection with the server has been lost"
I can receive emails and sent many previously.
Is there maintenance today or some other problem ?
Should I just wait and try again later ?

Hi pbar100, please start a new topic with as much information as possible. I'm not aware of any incidents with our mail domain other than Yahoo blocking mail from our domain. Are you using the TalkTalk email settings? Is it all email addresses that you can't send to or certain ones?

@pbar100 and @Bruce5, the issue will gain more attention from Talktalk if you each start your own thread.
Piling on another customer's thread makes it appear to be one customer's issue.
Please return to the message board and click on start a topic.
This will help highlight the issues.

My personal view is that TalkTalk is always having mail issues of one sort or another. Slow server responses, failure to send or receive, etc etc, and all apparently out of the blue when things have been going well up to that point. From long term use I believe their mail is much more unstable now than it used to be a few years ago. A great pity!!

The issue definitely affects dsl.pipex addresses when sending from mobiles, not sure which others are having problems too.
