Thinking of leaving TT after over a decade, but am concerned what will happen to my email address

Hi. I have been with Tt for over a decade but full fibre is now in my area and unfortunately TT don't offer what vodafone do (as need the 4 backup) for the cost. Vodafone include eg phone line, 4g backup up, extra router for less than Tt and as money is the focus for us all now I am going to be making the switch (my new costs either with tt or voda will be double). My concern is I have had my email address all this time & will not be able to pay extra to keep it. Is it active for a period of time?

If you choose not to subscribe to TalkTalk MailPlus then your email address / mailbox would get flagged for deletion and could then be deleted after 6 months or so.  You'd normally get an email prior to deletion.
