Tinyworld not sending emails

I have two Tinyworld accounts, neither of them can send emails from web browser, iphones, ipad, outlook on pc. Receiving emails is ok.

Hope you know that AT THE MOMENT it seems to working again.

I've raised another incident to the email team this week to go with the 2 last week. Hopefully, this will get sorted this time.

Emails again not sending - same issue as last week. It seems to be impossible to get anyone there to do anything and is so frustrating when there is a wall of silence from them and nothing noted on the email status page. I am beginning to think that talktalk as a company is on its last legs - I think that complaints via ofcom and legal channels are the only way to get this resolved now.

NO....not as far  as we know.....maybe tomorrow after weekend....don't count on it ....can't send since yesterday pm

I am unable to send emails or receive emails on my Tinyworld Account. I have been on the chat for ages and they are obviously not aware there is an issue as they have guided me to what they call the problem is at your end. What is happening about the issue and why are not the chat people aware that the problem is at your end? Really poor.

I've got the same problem, keep getting an error message about the server. I have not got a clue what to do.
