Same here - this is now beyond a joke. I have been rung by the engineers but they keep ringing at times that I have told them not to when I am busy so I can't speak to them.

Thanks. I've had no other reports yet from the other customers. I'll see what I can find out although it's much harder for 1 customer ticket than multiple.
