As of Monday morning incoming ok but outgoing still sitting in outbox and getting error message about failure of above server.
It’s happened three times now since 24th January.

@ESTunnacliffe, if you read the previous reply, you'll see that it helps Talktalk appreciate the number of people affected if you start your own thread.
Please return to the message board. Click on start a topic to begin your own.
Also, add your Talktalk phone number or account number to your Personal Information in the profile area and click on SAVE CHANGES for staff to identify your account. You access that are via your avatar; settings etc.

I have had the same issue five times now… reported it and assured that the issue is a server issue which has been sorted. It clearly hasn’t.
