Hello,

 

My longstanding tiscali.co.uk e-mail address has been working fine until last Saturday.

 

E-mails are sending ok on my Windows & Android devices but when sending to other family members who have tiscali.co.uk e-mail addresses they have not been receiving my e-mails since last Saturday. E-mails sent to other e-mail address suffixes are still being received by recipients.

 

No settings have been changed. Is this a platform wide problem since Saturday. Does anyone have the same problem and have a remedy.

my e-mails are not working on my older laptop but works on my phone and ipad 

the engineer called on saturday and said I needed a more up to date router and a wireless youview box

the reason my laptop does not work is because it uses windows 10 and you have changed the settings at your end to windows 11

I believe Ady has made the incidents team aware that tiscali to tiscali mail messages are being rejected as spam at the TalkTalk inbound MX mail server.

 

I believe this is a combination of SORBS DUHL (ProofPoint) spam blacklisting tiscali.co.uk and TalkTalk's CloudMark (ProofPoint) network filtering.

 

I'll make Ady aware of this topic.
