As of the start of this year, my Tiscali emails keep going to spam, particularly when sent to Gmail accounts. Given that I use this email for work, it's a major problem. In some instances, email is the only way I can contact those affected, so I'm now in a Catch22 situation, as I can receive emails from Gmail but can't reply to them. How can this problem be resolved without changing my email account?

Hi Beehive, the Gmail issue has been ongoing for a few months now. The recipient will be getting you messages just in their spam folder. Its down to the way gmail are handling the incoming mails. Our email team opened a ticket with Gmail, but I've been unable to get any updates on responses from Gmail.
